Returns Policy

At Pure Performance UK we have a 14-day return policy, this means once you have received your order you have 14 days to request a refund.

For your item(s) to be eligible for a return this is how it must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it.

  • With the tags still attached or in its original packaging if it is not clothing.

  • Needs to be unworn or unused.

 

You will need to send us your proof of purchase as well as any other information we may need to be able to process this for you.  To be able to start your return please email us at pureperformanceukenquiries@outlook.com or use the contact us page to give you the information you need to send the parcel back to us If your return is accepted.  Any items that are sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted and if you want the items back you will have to pay the postage costs for this. Once we have received your return and reviewed it, we will notify you the outcome if it was approved or not. If it has been approved then we will start your refund however, if your return has not been approved, we will contact you with further information. Once received a refund typically takes  up to 3-5 working days to the original payment method. Items that you have received incorrectly we will send you a prepaid shipping label. 

FAULTY/DAMAGED

Once you have received your order please inspect and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This is so we can assess and review the situation and take actions accordingly.

NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that are included in the non-returnable category are personalised and made to order items. This is because the product has been made solely for you. If you have any queries regarding personalised items or more information regarding this then please get in touch with us.
