Shipping Policy

At Pure Performance UK we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days from being placed. Orders typically arrive between 3-5 working days from being dispatched however, we do recommend allowing up to 14 days for delivery due to recent postal strikes and the ongoing impact from COVID-19.

Unfortunately all our hoodies and jackets are taking slightly longer to be dispatched, this is due to the printing company we use for all our hoodies/jackets. Once an order has been placed including these its expected to take up to 10-14 days to receive your order. were so sorry for this, were doing everything we possibly can to get this sorted as soon as possible and we will update when the postage times for these go back to normal.

During sale periods, merch drops, and new collection launches please allow additional time to receive your order.

All orders placed will receive an email conformation, then another conformation to alert you that your order is on its way to you. This conformation will include estimated delivery time frame and your tracking ID.

Our shipping provider is Royal Mail, we ship using 2nd class. We have one P+P cost which is £3.99 for all parcel sizes unless were running a promotion (terms and conditions apply).

Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change any of the shipping details, please check your shipping and billing information thoroughly before placing your order to make sure that no errors have been made. Our dispatch team process orders quickly, if you believe that you have made a mistake then get in contact as soon as possible.
